1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sales or high-demand periods, processing time may extend by 1–2 additional days.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:
- 3–7 business days for metro cities
- 5–10 business days for non-metro and remote areas
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee may apply (if COD is available)
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS/WhatsApp
- You can track your shipment anytime using the provided tracking ID
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Delivery may fail due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable at delivery time
- Phone switched off or unreachable
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
In such cases, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will be applicable.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing:
- Capture clear photos/videos of the package and product
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

7. International Shipping
Currently, SHE TOP ships only within India.
8. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- Refusal to accept delivery may result in deduction of forward and return shipping charges
